Global SuperTanker Services is the operator of the most capable and economical, force-multiplier available anywhere.
Originally developed in 2006, the new 747-400 aircraft is truly a world-class aerial tanker, capable of responding to fires of all types anywhere in the world in under 20 hours flight time. Supported by a team of professionals that train, operate and maintain to greater than U.S. Airline Standards, the SuperTanker arrives ready to assist local first responders with an overwhelming 73,000 liters of water, retardant or suppressant. It is not only the largest aerial tanker available, it is also the fastest at 965 km/h, yet integrates well with other assets working the fire.
Incident Commanders can request up to 8 individual drops or an unequalled line length of almost 3 kilometers yet the SuperTanker can land with a full load of product should the mission be cancelled.
